HIBA
HIBA is a duo made up of two brothers, Isma and Liam Bobare. Based between Paris and Strasbourg, they are bonded by their shared passion for rap. In the image of Outkast, HIBA emphasizes their artistic differences ; Isma's raw writing, hyper-realism and unadorned vocal lines - and Liam Bobare is modest poetry, imaginary day-to-day life and adventurous melodies.
HIBA is increasingly recognized by the media, being featured on France Inter, FIP, Radio Nova, Mouv, and has been included in Apple Music's "L'alternative" and Spotify's "Oracle" playlists. They are also closely followed by Grünt, 1863 and Mehdi Maïzi.
In order to present their supra-collective approach to the public, HIBA have worked on two collaborative EPs: The first is entitled “quasi triste” composed by kahnji (released in April 2023). The second is called “presque heureux” and was composed by Lyes Kaci (released in April 2024).
